Ryan was doing what he loved most, being creative and working in the outdoors. It didn't matter what the project was, he could turn anything into a work of art. Welding allowed Ryan to build the things that one could only imagine. He had a vision when it came to building projects; he was resourceful, inventive and loved a challenge.
The award was founded by the Paterson family and friends to recognize an individual that is pursuing a career in Welding at VIU. Our goal is to raise $20,000 to ensure that this award will be in perpetuity. We are grateful for your support.
